3 garlic heads sliced
1 red pepper per fillet
1 tbsp sweet+spicy paprika, turmeric, cumin
1/2 tbsp salt n pepper, chili powder
Heat 5 tbsp oil on a pan with all the spices, mix well till warm. Add garlic and all the other spices, mix and spread the red pepper around the pan. Gently add the fillets on top, cook with the lid on for 8 minutes so it won’t dry, then use a spoon to sprinkle the sauce on top (no need to flip, medium burn the whole way). Add coriander, and cook with the pan open for 4 minutes. Serve with 🍞, 🥗, tahini, fresh juice.
