Talent Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role supports the end-to-end recruitment process across the business and plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You will support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and onboarding activities, while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and maintaining accurate hiring records. Your work will contribute to building high-performing teams by helping Victory Farms attract, select, and onboard exceptional talent to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

• Prepare job descriptions for new roles and review and update job descriptions for existing roles with the Line Managers to reflect any changes in the job requirements.
• Utilize strategic recruitment methods, including job boards, networking platforms and recruitment agencies to identify and attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Screening and Assessment

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Prepare interview questions beforehand in liaison with Line Managers.
• Prepare and administer pre-employment assessments and Interview Challenges as needed.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
  3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring Managers.
• Support hiring managers by sharing interview guides and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  
  4. Offer Management

• Draft offer letters and employment contracts for new hires in a timely manner.
• Facilitate quality background checks for all roles.
  
  5. Onboarding and Integration

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Line Managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
3. Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/HRIS is an added advantage.
6. High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
