Victory Farms is recruiting Cohort 9 of the Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme for 2026–2028, a transformative journey designed to develop the next generation of leaders in aquaculture and beyond. The GALT Programme is specifically tailored for graduates with strong academic backgrounds and little or no professional experience, offering a unique platform to learn, grow, and thrive within one of Africa’s leading aquaculture companies.

The programme aims to expose graduates to multiple areas of the business, empowering them to discover their strengths, broaden their perspective, and shape a purposeful career path within the Company.

Requirements

• Must possess a 2^nd Class Upper undergraduate Degree in Aquaculture and Fisheries, Animal Science, Applied Statistics, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Actuarial Science, Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related field.

• Must have attained a minimum KCSE mean grade of B Plain (or equivalent)

• Must Have graduated within the last two (2) years.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Be self-driven, adaptable, innovative, and eager to learn.

GALT Programme Details

This understanding will help you identify your areas of interest and strengths, which will guide you towards potential career paths within the organization.
