As part of our talent development strategy, Victory Farms is recruiting Cohort 2 of the (2023 – 2025) Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme. We are on the lookout for graduates who have demonstrated impressive academic ability but have little or no experience in the world of Work.
The GALT Programme aims to provide an opportunity for candidates to experience several different areas of the business
before choosing a final career path within Victory Farms.
Requirements:
- A Mean grade of at least B Plain in KCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of C+ in both English & Mathematics
- Must possess a 2nd Class Upper undergraduate Degree in;
o Aquaculture and Fisheries Management
o Food Science & Technology
o Sales and Marketing Management
o Finance, Commerce,Economics & Statistics
o Computer Science
o Diploma in Laws from KSL, Bachelor of Law from recognized University
o Civil & Structural Engineering
o Human Resources, or Business Administration - Must have graduated not more than 2 years ago.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

GALT Programme Details
- Rotation in a Department: This will bring perspective on how the Department operates how different departments interact, and how they collectively contribute to the company’s success. This understanding will help you identify your areas of interest and strengths, which will guide you toward potential career paths within the organization.
- Comprehensive Training: You will receive in-depth training and mentorship from industry experts, allowing you to acquire a broad range of skills and knowledge.
