We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient Building Surveyor cum Draughts person to join our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for;
i) preparing drawings and construction information from sketch design proposals
ii) quantify the costs of construction projects, measure and certify ongoing site works
iii) collaborate and coordinate construction activity with management, finance and procurement teams to assure projects’ viability and sustainable achievement of highquality operational performance standards.
The successful candidate will report to our Project Manager, work on an array of strategic projects and be based at our Roo Bay Farm in Homa Bay County.
