In this role, you will be a key Operations department, reporting to the Operations Director. You will lead the Internal Consulting team (currently 1 analyst) and oversee the execution of key projects. You will work across the business and member within the Victory Farms Technology and other departments to solve Victory Farm’s most challenging business problems. This is a fast paced and dynamic team, working with numerous internal stakeholders. A successful candidate has strong project management skills, business acumen, and analytical skills, and is passionate about helping the business achieve its strategic vision.
Your three (3) primary responsibilities will consist of:
- Conducting analytics to identify improvement opportunities and guide strategic recommendations to top management
- Spearheading implementation of strategic recommendations and business critical projects, orchestrating collaboration across departments
- Oversight of the Internal Consulting team, including prioritization of work and mentorship on analysts
The position requires a strong ability to lead a team, solve problems in a structured and consistent approach, and engage with and understand different stakeholders in the business.
