About Us

Our Farm
Victory Farms is sub-Saharan Africa's fastest-growing fish farm. In 2016, the company's founders, Joe and Steve, put their first cages in the water with the help of the talented people of rural Roo,Homa Bay County. We are the fastest-growing, fully vertically integrated tilapia producer, selling through 89 owned branches in Kenya, with a mission to feed 2 billion Africans in the next 2 decades.
Our Community
We believe in collaborative efforts with the community as we continuously take extensive measures to protect and restore the ecosystem in which our farm operates. We continue to work hand in hand with the community in creating a sustainable fish farm.
Our Customers
Our major customers are the 15,000+ market women who Buy our fish in small batches each day from our 85 (and growing) branches across Nairobi, Western and our newly opened Mombasa region. They fry fish for the end consumer, making A healthy profit, which has enabled many to expand their micro businesses. Thanks to our cold chain, our fish go from lake to plate within 36 hrs.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our shareholder program for local landowners in Homa Bay helps surrounding communities share in the upside of the farm’s success. We also make periodic donations, which include high-speed rescue boats, fingerlings to local farmers and tons of fish to children homes.
Our People
Victory Farms is one of the largest employers in Homa Bay County, and our wages are fair. We are committed in helping our employees as we directly support 750+ people and their families. When considering wider value chain impacts, Victory Farms operations indirectly support thousands of households throughout Kenya.
